MINGLE #2

Use this post to mingle and meet with each other! For the coding to make your tags MSPA-style use the box below:

There is no set time line for these interactions but the game has not been launched yet and no one but the Beta(s) should know they are prepared to hack the game. For human/troll interactions try to keep I AM AN ALIENNNN to a minimum, or at least be realistic--would YOU believe someone was an alien if the IM'd you and told you they were?

This iteration of the mingle post will include sections for each team to help everyone figure out what do! You don't need to reply to these but I think it might be helpful c: You may create your own sections for your characters as well!

One would suppose it would depend on the hobby in question. However, by and large I would find I agree with that statement.

I do enjoy a good book.
It's rather a shame that there are so few of them.
I hear on other planets they used to have an impressive literary body of work.
I'd have liked to have read some of it.

What sorts of things do you like to read? Perhaps I could recommend a title.

You are somewhat SKEPTICAL, as they seem to be a HIGHBLOOD, and you didn't hate everyone else to the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE LEVEL (with personal exceptions), you would HATE THEM THE MOST.

But THEY LIKE BOOKS, and that is at least one point in their favor.

If by "a fresh perspective" you mean a propagandistic one.
I used to read from that genre, and found many of the stories entertaining, but I find the constant flagellation to the Condescence frustrating.
These days I am more interested in philosophy.

It's not that I debate her right to rule; rather, the fact that she and her actions are largely above reproach.
But yes, philosophy I find to be quite interesting.
Much of it I don't agree with, but it provides a lot of thought-provoking material.

Absolute authority is a poor idea.
Everyone is fallible, even those with absolute power.
Drastic change is sometimes necessary to improve society.
But quibbling about politics aside, I'd highly recommend it.
I can forward you a list of titles I recommend.
I think that even works that oppose one's own points of view can be useful for refining one's views and separating the metaphorical grain stalks from the chaff.
