To be quite honest, you're getting really ticked at how difficult it is for everyone to just work together, so the time has come to ditch the eccentricness temporarily and GET SERIOUS.

before i start
i want to go ahead and let you guys know
that this memo is locked
only i can respond to this
so everyone needs to LISTEN UP!!
because this is super important and im not gonna repeat myself
despite the fact you can read this over and over if you really want to
but i digress

first of all i want all of you to know
that no matter what happens
past
present
and future
were all in this together
what happens to one person will affect others and a chain reaction could end it all for every single one of us
so its very
VERY
important for you to know that moping around and asking for asskissing will get you nowhere here

now then
i dont care who among you gets along
and who doesnt
you dont have to like or hate each other to actually try working together
you can feel however you want
but not working together is not an option
one person cannot survive this game alone
nor two
nor three
we need EVERYONE!!
so get your heads out of your asses
and start actually TRYING TO WORK TOGETHER TOWARDS THE GOAL!!
and i dont just mean one of the teams
i mean all of them
we need everyone to make this work
everyones tactics and knowhow and personal abilities
whatever they may be
are all crucial to our success
PEOPLE HAVE DIED BECAUSE THEY WERENT WORKING TOGETHER WITH OTHERS
the same could happen to any of us because of that
no matter how good we may be
i dont care if its verbal
or physical
or whatever
any kind of help or working together and actually productively doing so will work

im willing to work with whoever i need to to make sure this happens
because the way things look right now
i dont know how much time we have to actually make this work
and at this rate
we may have a 0% chance of survival
if we dont get our rears in gear

i get that it may not be the easiest thing for some of you to do the quests or kill all of the imps
but thats why you have an alchemizer
and a server player
and a bunch of other things!!
theres no reason why you shouldnt be able to devise a way through things
through logic
or science
or any other type of method!!
dont just sit there complaining
do something about it!!
ask for some advice if you need to!!
but for gods sake
STOP GRIPING AND MOANING ABOUT IT!!!

and yes
i know that the planet glitching is unnerving to some people
but at least its contained
its not like it stops you from doing what you need to do
advice is not a bad thing to ask for
so ask for it!!
just dont expect anyone to do it for you
its up to you to do your own work
and bear the weight on your own shoulders
so go do it
and be optimistic
not pessimistic
pessimism seems to be a theme here lately
and we dont need it!!

so with all that said
look at yourselves
and your planets
and ask yourself what needs to be done
give yourself a swift boot to the ass if you need to
but realize that nothing is going to get done if all you do is complain!!
and dont tell me that you arent because a good many of you are
im not naming names because i dont need to
but you know who you are
and i know a good many of us are doing just the opposite and getting things going
and thats great
keep it up!!
