[OPEN] PROSPIT MINGLE

You are now on PROSPIT.
If you've awakened in this kingdom, your DREAM SELF is free to leave their TOWER and explore the city below. There may be a few things out of the ordinary, however; some of the resident PROSPITIANS appear to be on edge...
If you look closely, you will find a series of violet posters plastered up on the walls of the kingdom: these posters are headlined with LIES AND SLANDER, though that might only be the case if you actually like the people pictured on them. You might see one of your TEAMMATES or even just a FRIEND, beneath the headline...
DO THE HEROES CONTINUE TO SLEEP? DO THEY AWAKEN? HAVE THEY HIDDEN THEMSELVES AWAY?
THE SYLPH PULLS THROUGH! THE RING'S CRY IS ANSWERED!
THE KNIGHT IS DEAD. OUR MINDS ARE LOST.
The headlines are uncountable - you're willing to bet that there is one for every player in your session. You wouldn't be surprised if there were one about you on your opposing moon!
Perhaps you'd better locate one of your teammates, or ask the PROSPITIANS what's happening. This has to be a setup by the WHITE QUEEN.
Prospitans
Or, well, not just you, but you and you and you, and also you. There certainly are a lot of you, aren't there? Most of you are wandering about your daily Prospit lives, occasionally stopping to be fascinated by the purple propaganda posters that have appeared. I mean, really, this is new! Check it out!
But, mostly, you're just being Prospitans. You are literally everywhere. No doubt there's more than a few of you nearby the Prospitan heroes.
Aria: be similarly interested in the propaganda.
She's been awake a while now. Maybe they've grown used to her? In any case, the poster and its image don't make her very happy.

Of course, she's floating, and the little Prospitan can't float, but looking up at her is a thing that can happen.

hello!

Said little Prospitan is particularly nervous, complete with a little foot-shuffling. It looks like he has a question, and it takes him some time to get it out! Gosh, who'd have thought he'd be able to talk to one of the heroes in person?
"You're really one of the heroes, right? You'll make sure we win?"
no subject
"Yes, I am one of the heroes. My name is Aria." Introductions have to go first, after all. "D'you suppose we'll have to fight the heroes from Derse at some point?"
Just a question, of course. But she absolutely does not want to have to fight her friends.
no subject
But there was a question to be answered, and the Prospitan's gaze drifted up and away. Looking to Skaia above and the glow it cast over everything. More than that, the Prospitan was looking beyond, to where Derse was likely silently lurking, planning, and waiting.
"We don't know; both if they fight for Derse?" The Prospitan was pretty matter-of-fact about this. "Prospit fights Derse." but there was a rather odd pause, and the Prospitan hadn't looked away from Skaia above. "...even if everything is unfamiliar."
no subject
It was the pause that broke her out of her own musing.
"Unfamiliar?" Perhaps she could get some information. Or even some vague hint. At this point, anything might have some value.
no subject
"That isn't our Skaia."
no subject
She looked up. For her, it was Skaia. But then, how was she supposed to tell one from the other? She hadn't even been awake that long. But if it wasn't theirs... then did it belong to one of the troll sessions? Or maybe this Prospitian did, and it was the human session Skaia? Or were things just... merging somehow?
It was impossible to tell though, so she frowned at the sky in frustration.
"I wonder whose it is, then..."
But more importantly, "Are you still going to fight?"

Regardless, since you're asleep, you might as well head out to talk to them, so you float down to the street level and flag the first unhurried one you see down.
oi, little carapace bloke
or dame
not really all that sure
any news 'bout what's going on over on Derse♫
no subject
"Oh! Derse? Well." the Prospitan pauses, seeming thoughtful. He even stops hopping to take a contemplative moment to figure out exactly how to answer that. He knew enough about their Derse, since he was from Zurahe's Prospit, but the oddity and unfamiliar things that were all around right here at this moment...???
"It's a little confusing right now, but" he nodded "there's talk that our Derse is preparing something. But someone I'd never met before said, earlier, that there was something bigger? It's confusing!"
no subject
so they're up to something, but no one knows what♫
is there any way to get to Derse from here♫
you know, just in case someone wanted to have a look♫
no subject
"But we're still preparing." he suddenly looked a little scared again. "None of our ships are ready to fly yet. If we were attacked..."
To say the Prospitan had started getting fidgety and frightened would be an understatement, because now instead of shuffling about in excitement, he was shuffling and shivering in fear.
no subject
is there any way they would know that♫
Because if there is, they might have reason to worry, depending where they're expecting those ships. A freight between Derse and Skaia probably isn't a good idea.
is there anything else you guys are behind on♫
no subject
"I think they h- have more heroes than we do..."
no subject
well, that you ain't gotta worry about
I'm worth ten of their heroes alone
so trust, yeah♫
Of course, depending on their aspects and titles, some of them might be harder to deal with than others. But then again, you're not the type to worry about the odds of things.
Odds are for wimps who don't try and take shit on regardless. But just in case...
say
wouldn't happen to know anythin' about why the other Prospit jerks are showing up, would ya♫
no subject
But then she asks that question, and he's back to freaking out.
"No one knows why, we... we're all afraid of getting replaced. And getting destroyed. Because if, if there are other Prospits, there are other Derses!" he's... looking very much like he wants to run away.
"We don't want to disappear!"

Rather than comb through all of the different posters, Bharal looked to the nearest Prospitan, and gently tried to get their attention. He wasn't really used to talking to people in person very much, and didn't want to seem rude.
E-Excuse me, do you know what anything about these posters? 'Tis been a long time since I have been on Prospit, and I am afraid I am a bit behind on current events.
no subject
The little Prospitan whirls around to face the Prospit hero. He's a hero, and this little guy? Well, this little guy's just a Prospitan. He spoke to a hero earlier, though, but that was a strange pink hero! This fellow? This fellow was a troll like his heroes were! Except he didn't recognize Bharal.
"Oh, uh, they're from Derse, we think. Promoting heroes and discrediting heroes in the war. About my heroes, about your group of heroes, about all the heroes... but they're not very nice posters."
no subject
You're a little surprised by that. You haven't heard mention of "heroes" before. You suppose that that might be the name of the groups of players. There being different groups, of which you are only a member of one, seems to verify this. And it seems that Prospit and Derse are at war, which is something you'd heard of from other players, but is nice to get confirmed. You really are behind on your lore.
Looking a little closer at the words on the posters, you can conclude that, indeed, many of the posters say some rather unkind things. You turn to the Prospitans.
I do not suppose that you would mind if I took some of these down?; You are correct, they are not very nice posters;
no subject
"Oh, yes, you can, please! We don't like them, at all! So everyone's been working to take them down. But they keep coming back."
no subject
With that, you lift into the air, and begin collecting posters from the immediate area, while also trying to continue your conversation.
So, how have things with Derse been going?; I have been away for some time, and am quite behind on the times;
no subject
"They probably still want to kill all of us, I'm convinced they're going to do something. Soon. I don't like it. They're scary."
no subject
Why do they have such enmity for you all?; And oh?; What makes you say that?;
